Research notes

This may be the earliest Chinese patent found for an electric hand-tufting ("植绒", flocking) tool component: a cylindrical cam that drives both the needle and the scissors. It would date the electric carpet gun in China to about 2000, long before the 2019+ hobby boom. Verified Oct 2026 by web search only. patents.google.com and Espacenet could not be opened from the sandbox, so I did not read the document itself. The number, the truncated English title and the year come only from a Google Patents sitemap page for class D04G 3, as summarised in a search result. Two follow-up searches could not find the record. Confirm before use. Research note (Oct 2026): found through search results; the patent document itself wasn't opened. The Patent drawings job fetches the document from Google Patents; if drawings appear on this record, the number is confirmed.
